Even though the contract was signed and both fighters agreed to the terms, now Pacquiao is saying he does not want to submit to a random blood test 30 days within the fight. I don’t know if Mayweather is scared to face Pacquiao or they know something we don’t. For Pacquiao given his rise through boxing he should just take the test to prove to Mayweather and all the other doubters that he is the real deal. If he does agree to the test and the fight does not happen then his career will be ruined by steroid allegations forever.
